Welcome to Aegis Team CrossFit In here we have no boundaries, we welcome anyone seeking a true path to fitness and self awareness. We are here for one purpose: YOU. To educate you, coach you, encourage you, and push you like you never thought you could be pushed before. What you once thought were limitations will slowly begin to crumble before you in this place. What you once deemed impossible will become possible. Its not gonna happen overnight, and it will be hard, we won’t lie to you, at times it will be damn hard. In the end however we are confident you will stand as a new you, better for having come into our community.

World Class Fitness In 100 words

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
