4-6 Chicken breasts (skinned)1 Can Coconut milk

1 1/2 c water1 tbsp Garam Masala spice

2 tsp curry powder

1 tsp Tony Chacheres

1 clove minced garlic

1 cube Golden Curry Bouillion

Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

1 c broccoli florets

1 c carrots

1 c mushrooms

1 c diced green onions



Sprinkle the chicken breasts with Garam Masala & Tony Chacheres till lightly coated and throw in the crockpot (I put my chicken breasts in the pot still frozen). Add the coconut milk, garlic, water, and the remaining spices to the pot along with . Cook on low heat for 8 hours. About 20 minutes prior to serving taste and adjust spices to your taste then throw all the veggies in the pot and let them cook.
