5×5 strict press (again let technique dictate load.)
4x20m Waiters Walk

WOD
Tabata – 8 rounds :20/:10 rotate
Dubs
KB Swing 70/55
Rest 2 minutes
Tabata – 8 rounds :20/:10 rotate
Burpees
KB clean & jerk 70/55 ( alternate arms)

Coach Shane’s Tip:

Skill/Strength

Form dictates load here gang. Keep core tight and be careful to not allow the rib cage to break causing the dreaded “lean back” just to move more weight.

On the waiters walks your goal is to maintain the weight held overhead for the duration of each pass.

WOD

Keep the kettlebell technique on point to get you through the swings and clean & jerks. As long as you are steady for the :20 duration you are doing enough work. REMEMBER THIS IS NOT ABOUT REPS OR ROUNDS TODAY JUST STEADY WORK!!!
