Suck it up and get a grip is the best advice here! Challenge yourself with the weight. If you complete these and your forearms or shoulders are not fatigued then you sandbagged it. Shoulders back and down, steady steps, DON’T RUN!!
Depending on your level you can scale this one up or down as needed. Remember you are doing 5 reps of this complete complex for it to be one round!! Stick to proper technique to get you through and do not use a weight that crushes you after 1 or 2 reps!!!!
