Tuesday

10 minute warm-up

20 jumping jacks

15 boot strappers

10 alternating Sampson stretch

then

10 minute amrap of:

8 Russian kb swings

6 situps

4 burpees

-rest 2 minutes-

10 minute amrap of:

8 kb push press

6 leg lifts

4 burpees

Thursday

10 minute warm-up

1 minute jog

1 minute buttkickers

1 minute high knees

1 minute tin man walk

1 minute rest

-then-

25 minute amrap

100 situps

100 walking lunges

100 kb or dumbbell OH press

if you finish one round repeat but subtract 25 reps from each movement (i.e. 75 reps of each)
