pushups

situps

  • after every 10 reps jog 100m

Core

10 minutes of:

20 russian twists

:30 superman hold

10 leg lifts

:30 rest

Workout

20 minute AMRAP

10 bumper plate ground to overhead (45/25)

5 target burpees

1 walking plank around bumper

run 200m

Thursday

Warm-Up

8 minutes of:

20 jumping jacks

20 situps

20 man climbers

Core

tabata iron cross hold or situps

Workout

20 minute amrap

partners (I Go/You Go)

4 pushups

6 lunges

line sprints
