8 hollow rocks or situps

10 jumping jacks

100 situps for time (time cap 6 minutes)

-then-

20 minute EMOM

3 wall balls (advanced 4 wall balls)

5 pushups (advanced 6 pushups

15 jumping jacks (advanced 24 jumping jacks)

Thursday

Warm-Up

5 minutes of:

jog around gym non-stop

-then-

10 minutes of:

8 cycle crunches

:30 plank

:30 v-sit hold

-then-

Chipper For Time (20 minute time cap)

2 rounds

50 russian KB swings (advanced 100 reps)

30 burpees (advanced 60 reps)

50 box jumps or step ups (advanced 100 reps)
