“4 Corners version 2.0”

10 squats

10 pushups

10 jumping jacks

10 burpees

Partner 1 starts behind the yellow starting line and completes 10 squats then proceeds to each corner and does the required reps for each movement. The burpees will be completed inside the gym and then Partner 1 tags Partner 2 to start their round.

*how to scale this to 200m

partner 1 completes squats then runs/jogs/walks to 200m line where he/she completes 10 pushups. partner 1 then returns back to starting line to complete 10 pushups. partner 1 then returns to 200m line to complete 10 jumping jacks then back to the gym for the 10 burpees before tagging partner in.
