Coach Shane’s Tip:
Focus on technique and proper squatting mechanics with these today. Squeeze down into your squat and squeeze back up. Dropping fast into these without good stable shoulder engagement will be a recipe for failure so be mindful.
Hook grip that bar and rip these power cleans out!!!! This a perfect WOD to use that hook grip I preach about so often. Once those are out of the way it’s time to hit the floor and move through those burpees. Find a pace that keeps you moving without redlining in the round of 21 but pick up the pace in the round of 15 and 9 and challenge your limits!!!
