Coach Shane’s Tip:
Use proper form on this movement gang. You should be in a deadlift setup with the bar just inches off the ground. Squeeze the shoulders blades back as you pull (row) the bar up into your body finishing just below the rib cage. The movement should be focused on upper and middle back with the biceps acting secondary.
This is a great active recovery workout if you and your partner choose to row at a steady pace. If you wish to push the envelope challenge each other to see who gets the fastest time on each row! Partner A you get to set the bar so GO HARD if you elect to go this route otherwise just keep a steady pace, come off the rower and mobilize while your partner takes their turn.
