Same as last week guys! Form dictates load! Remember bracing and lat engagement and cycle through your 5 reps smoothly.

WOD

This is a test of what’s left in the tank gang! Go hard on the 3 rounds and focus on regulating breath and heart rate during the 3 minute rest. Give each of the 200m sprints all you got even if it means your slogging on the last one!!!
