Coach Shane’s Tip:
Focus on your rib cage today and not “breaking open”. Sharp dip, drive and extend to lockout position.
Pacing the barbell movements in this workout is key to longevity here. Ripping through the deadlifts at a break neck pace onlly to have the lunges destroy because you are gassed is a recipe for disaster. Choose your weight wisely! If you are dropping the bar after every 3-5 reps you may have went to heavy here.
When you are lunging keep yourself engaged! Do not rest in the bottom on your opposite knee and release muscle activation that you will need to complete your reps. REST STANDING UP!
